Kelly Monaghan graduated Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1982 and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa School of Law in 1985. He is a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, and American Bar Association. In addition, he is a member of the American Bar Association Construction Industry Forum and the Labor and Employment Law Committee. He is admitted to practice before all United States District Courts in the State of Oklahoma, the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and all State Courts in Oklahoma.
